Cluable lets you train an AI support bot on your own website content and put it in front of your customers. To do that, we need to handle some of your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it. We wrote it to be read, not to be skimmed past, so it is in plain language.

It covers you in two situations: when you have a Cluable account and use our dashboard, and when you chat with a Cluable widget on someone else’s website. Where the two differ, we call it out.

The short version

• We collect what we need to run the service and nothing more.
• Your content trains your bot only. It is never used for other customers or to train general AI models.
• We never sell your personal information to anyone.
• You can see, export, or delete your data whenever you want.
