That is the whole difference. Everything else is identical to Starter, deliberately, so the only thing you have to judge is how much your visitors talk.

One yearly bill for each bot
Each bot is billed once a year, stands on its own, and renews until you cancel it. Moving down to Starter is scheduled for your next renewal, so the year you already paid for is honoured in full.

Pricing FAQ
The awkward questions, answered
Including the ones whose answer we would rather was different. Every one of these describes what the product does today, not what it is meant to do.
Is there a monthly plan?
No, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. Both plans are billed once a year, per bot: $108 for Starter and $348 for Unlimited. The per month figures on the cards are simply those amounts divided by twelve, shown so you can compare them with tools you pay for monthly.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Every new bot starts with a free 7-day trial with everything unlocked, and there is no card field in the signup at all. Nothing can auto charge you, because there is nothing on file to charge.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your bot pauses on your site until you pick a plan. Nothing is lost: your pages, training and past conversations are all still there and come straight back when you activate a plan.
Do you give refunds?
No. Once a year is paid it is not refunded, which is why the trial is a full week, unlocked, with no card. We would rather you spend that week deciding than pay first and ask for it back. If something goes genuinely wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out properly.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Each bot is a yearly subscription that renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel from your own billing page in two clicks with no notice period. Razorpay emails you before a renewal is taken.
What actually happens if I pass 500 messages on Starter?
The bot stops answering for the rest of that calendar month and tells your visitors to email you instead. It starts again on the 1st. You are never billed for going over, and we will never quietly charge you an overage. If it keeps happening, Unlimited removes the cap.
What counts as a message?
One message that a visitor sends. The bot's own replies are free and never counted, so a ten message conversation where your visitor wrote five of them uses five. The count is per bot and resets on the 1st of each month.
What is the real difference between Starter and Unlimited?
The message cap, and how quickly we answer your support email. That is all. The two plans run the same product, with the same crawling, the same weekly note on what it could not answer, the same automatic re-crawl and the same handoffs. We are not going to hold features back to make the bigger number look better.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Moving down to Starter is scheduled for your next renewal date, so the year you already paid for is honoured in full. Moving up to Unlimited takes effect the same day, but it starts a fresh annual term at the Unlimited price rather than charging you the difference, so it is worth doing at renewal time unless you need the cap gone now.
I have more than one bot. How does that work?
Plans apply per bot. Each bot gets its own 7-day trial, its own plan and its own renewal date, so you can keep one bot on Starter and another on Unlimited. Cancelling one never touches the others.
Who am I actually paying, and in what currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are taken by Razorpay, so your card details go to them and never touch our servers; we only ever see the last four digits on the invoice. The company behind Cluable is KSMIND VELIX TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and any taxes required by law are added where they apply. Your own bank may add a currency conversion fee, which is theirs rather than ours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The bot stops answering on your site, and your pages, conversations and settings stay in your account so you can pick it back up later. If you want it all deleted instead, ask us and we will delete it.
One thing worth repeating. We do not give refunds once a year is paid. We would rather tell you that here than let you find it in a policy page afterwards, and it is exactly why the trial runs 7 days, asks for no card and unlocks everything. Make your mind up while it is still costing you nothing.
